Sound
insulation
All our buildings, including private dwellings, have excellent
soundproofing in all walls and floors as standard. Decibels
are well within the EU standard. |

Shutters
An optional extra these provide privacy, security and offer
further insulation against the elements and overheating. These
can be operated electronically, with or without daylight detectors,
or manually. |

External
Walls / Roof & Floor
An insulation U-value of 0.15 is standard on our external
walls, roof and ground floor. However, we can further reduce
the U-value to nearly zero (Passive Housing). These U-values
meet and exceed the current Building Regulations.
Our houses have
a German organic external rendering system. The render system
is fade resistant, there is no cracking, spalling, colour
fading and is low maintenance - these are just some of the
benefits this system offer. It is waterproof yet breathable,
available in one of 800 colours, cement free, has CFC/HCFC
free insulation, uses recycled materials, is water based
and solvent-free. Timber cladding or other finishes are
also available.
We can build these houses with or without a ventilation
gap. The choice is yours, as one works as well as the other. |

& Glazing
Double-glazed windows, which has an insulation U-value of
1.1, with Tilt and Turn one handle action comes as standard
on all our houses. Window frames can be solid timber from
renewable sources. Aluminium clad is a low maintenance
option. |

We can offer you more space in your home by supplying a
concrete basement/cellar system. Which can be utilised as
a games room, storage, music room, utility room, boiler
room or office.

Our walls are joined by stainless steel bolts. The timber
is well-seasoned and treated with an non chemical timber preservation.
All our materials comply with European Norms regarding fire
protection, soundproofing and insulation values. We
use non toxic materials which are recyclable. Only timber
from sustainable resources is used. |

Suitability for all persons as all our doors come in wider
widths as standard and floor levels are barrier free. We can
supply stylish, special bathroom equipment for your needs

There is a 30-year manufacturer's guarantee on the structural
design. In addition to this, there is a 2-year manufacturer's
guarantee on materials delivered by the manufacturer which

Condensing
Boiler/Heat Exchanger
Gas/LPG (Liquid Petroleum Gas) or oil fired Central Heating
System with Heat Exchanger. This innovation uses wasted
heat, which normally evaporates through the exhaust of a
traditional central heating system, to support the central
heating circulation. This reduces the quantity of gas or
oil required to run your home.
Because our buildings
are so enegy-efficient, heating systems can be 'down-sized'
considerably as heating demand can be very low. |

Solar
& /Photovoltaic Panels
In addition, you can have a solar power system on your house.
Even in our region you can use the power of the sun to create
energy for producing hot water. During the summer the solar
panel produces all your hot water and during the winter
the solar panels act as a backup for the hot water heating
system.

Ventilation
(MVHR) / Geothermal Heat Pumps
A mechanical ventilation
system is standard on our houses for controlling the incoming
and the outgoing air. This is the perfect addition
for good insulation and a healthy atmosphere in which to
live.
Optional heat
pumps for your heating and hot water requirements can utilise
air, water or be ground source. |
