• Frames and architraves

3.5 Decoration

• Painting of internal walls, ceiling and timber elements where required.
• Taping, plastering, sanding
• Painting, one coat of primer and two coats of paint

3.6 Staircase and balustrades

• Solid pre-finished natural timber staircase in beech or alternative, with open risers
• Balustrade in timber, glass or stainless steel

3.7 Floor finish

• Supply and fit of semi-solid floor with hardwood finish
• High quality carpet finish for bedrooms
• Utility, kitchen and bathroom ceramic tiled floors
• All skirting boards and matching finish

3.8 Kitchen

• Supply and fit of kitchen
• Supply and fit of kitchen appliances, which include oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge/freezer

• Smoke detectors and heat detectors as per regulations
