• First fix of electrical installation from distribution/fuse box to sockets, switches and appliances

2.2 Electrical

• First fix of central heating system, which is a wet underfloor heating system, fed by the integrated Air heat pump - Solar panels - Electric ventilation system with heat recovery. The underfloor heating system is installed in both ground and all upper floors.
• The total depth of the dry screed floor with underfloor pipes and load spreading tiles is 50mm
• First fix of hot and cold water system and sanitary devices
